Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before your website goes live

You don't pay anything until your website goes live. If you decide not to continue before launch, there is nothing to refund and nothing to pay.

2. Monthly payments

Monthly payments cover the service for that month and are not refundable once the month has started.

3. Cancelling during the minimum term

If you cancel during the 12-month minimum term, a cancellation fee equal to [X months] of your plan applies.

4. Cancelling after the minimum term

After the minimum term, cancel any time with 30 days notice. No cancellation fee applies.

5. What happens to your website

When your plan ends, your website is taken offline. You can buy out the website for a one-time fee to keep it. Your domain stays yours and we will help you transfer it.

6. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we'll refund the difference within 7 working days.
