Payments
Is there really no big upfront payment?
Yes. You pay the first month when your website goes live and then the same amount each month. No Rs. 50,000+ build fee.
How long is the contract?
Plans run for a minimum term of 12 months. After that you can continue month to month.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card. We send a reminder on WhatsApp before each due date.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We will reach out first. If a payment stays unpaid for 15 days the website may be paused until it is cleared. Nothing is deleted.

How long until my website is live?
Most websites go live in 7–10 days after we receive your content.
Will it work on mobile?
Yes. Every website is designed mobile-first, because most of your customers will visit on their phone.
Do I need to provide the text and photos?
It helps, but you don't have to. We can write the text with you and use quality stock photos until you have your own.
Support & changes
Can I ask for changes later?
Yes. Every plan includes monthly content updates. Just send the change on WhatsApp.
Who looks after hosting and security?
We do. Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are included in your monthly plan.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Any time. We move you to the new plan from your next billing month.
Ownership
Who owns the domain?
The domain is registered in your business name.
Can I keep the website if I leave?
After the minimum term you can buy out the website for a one-time fee and move it to your own hosting.
