1. Who we are

Exorva is operated by [Company legal name], based in [City], Pakistan ("Exorva", "we", "us"). By using exorva.pk or signing up for a plan you agree to these terms.

2. Our service

We design, build, host and maintain websites for businesses on a monthly subscription. The features included depend on the plan you choose, as described on our Plans page at the time you sign up.

3. Minimum term

Each plan has a minimum term of 12 months, starting on the date your website goes live. After the minimum term, your plan continues month to month until cancelled.

4. Payments

The first monthly payment is due on the day your website goes live. Later payments are due on the same date each month. If a payment is more than 15 days late, we may pause your website until the balance is paid. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other material you give us, and confirm you have the right to use them. You keep ownership of your content.

6. Ownership of the website

The design, code and hosting remain the property of Exorva while you are on a plan. After the minimum term you may buy out the website for a one-time fee. Your domain is registered in your business name.

7. Changes and updates

Each plan includes a set number of content updates per month. Unused updates do not roll over. Larger changes or redesigns may be quoted separately.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel after the minimum term with 30 days notice. Cancelling during the minimum term requires payment of a cancellation fee. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use your website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. We may suspend websites that break this rule.

10. Liability

We work to keep your website online and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes fall under the courts of [City].
